2. Best Practices Plan in all our stores. We have a self-control system in place (based on HACCP, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) whose priority is to maintain the cold chain and hygiene, both of facilities and equipment, and in product handling. |

3. Crisis Management. We have an alert network that enables us to act immediately in all our stores, withdrawing any product that does not fit the required quality and safety standards. |

4. Continuous training. At Makro we believe quality is provided by professionals. For this reason, they receive specialised training and participate in all quality improvement projects. |
