JOBS OFFERED BY MAKRO

In our Stores we hire staff for the fresh products area (meat, fish and fruit), from Auxiliary Staff and Coordinators to section Heads. For all the other sections, we hire Stock Replacement staff, Cashiers, Administrative staff for the reception of Clients and Goods, and Personnel Management to the Heads of those sections, and also, Promoters- Sales Reps.

For our Head Offices we need mainly Trainees with degrees or university diplomas, to train them in the Purchases, Operations, Quality and Financial areas, among others. Also, we need professionals with previous experience for the Logistics, Auditing, Accounting, Controlling-Reporting, and Quality areas.
We also consider the option of offering scholarships in different departments in our Head Office.

PROFILES REQUIRED

For all the posts, we are looking for persons who are customer and results-driven and able to work as part of a team, with a positive, dynamic attitude, willing and able to learn quickly and with great potential for development.

For positions in Stores, such as Section Heads, we need persons with a flair for sales, and management and leadership skills, preferably with previous experience in sales in general, mostly in large or medium department stores, and who have a university education. For the positions of (Stock Replacement Staff, Cashiers, Administrative Staff, etc.), previous experience in sales is important, but not essential.

For positions in the Head Office we need persons with great potential for development, a flair for sales, leadership and initiative with a university education or a diploma and a good command of English. Previous professional experience would be an asset.
