IDENTIFICATIÓN OF FISHERY, FISH-FARMING AND

SHELLFISH PRODUCTS

The live, fresh, refrigerated or pre-cooked fish, farmed fish and shellfish products displayed in our store will be identified by at least the following specifications, based on the provisions of RD121/2004:

a) Commercial name of the species.

b) Production method:

• Fish that are netted or caught.
• Fish caught in fresh water.
• Fish bred in captivity or farmed.
• Shellfish.

c) Name of the area where it was caught or farmed:

• Caught fish: zone established by the FAO. Access map of FAO zones here >> 

• Caught in fresh water and farmed: Country

d) Form of presentation and/or processing:

• Gutted: evs.
• With head: c/c.
• Without head: s/c.
• Filleted: fl.
• Pre-cooked: cc.
• Defrosted.
• Other
